5 min cool down It is a good thing that I have Toby by my side. She helps me push myself and keeps me going. I forgot my swim bottoms, so I had to swim in my workout capris. That was weird and didn't feel right, and I know I looked like a dork! Oh well, I'm not in it for the fashion. It was a really good workout. I had a hard time getting a good breath in while in the pool. I hope that gets better over time. My shin is feeling pretty good and I am hoping by the end of next week I can run on it.
