3 miles (again) :( I ran 3 again today and not too happy about it. I was hoping to fun 4 but didn't happen. Note to self, don't eat a whopper, fries, drink a coke and run in the middle of the afternoon when it is really hot.....bad gut ache and way too hot. My shin was kind of hurting as well. I know I set myself up for a bad run with the food and time of day, but my shin is kind of upsetting me. I am hoping that my leg is just weak and needs to get back into the feel of running....I don't know. What ever makes me feel better right. :{
